FPV Thermal Imaging Camera Core Module - 19mm Lens
This ultra-compact, low-power thermal imaging core module is designed for seamless integration into drones, robotic gimbals, helmet-mounted systems, payload pods, and other space-constrained platforms. Built around a high-sensitivity vanadium oxide (VOx) uncooled microbolometer detector, it delivers reliable thermal vision in a remarkably small footprint.
Key Features
High-Sensitivity VOx Detector - 256 × 192 resolution with 12μm pixel pitch and ≤50mK NETD (@25°C, F#1.0), capturing fine thermal details across the 8-14 μm long-wave infrared band.
19mm F1.0 Germanium Lens - Longer focal length for narrow-FOV thermal imaging; ~9.3°(H) × 6.9°(V) field of view (~11.6° diagonal, calculated for 256×192 @ 12μm pixel). Minimum focus distance - contact us for the 19mm variant datasheet.
CVBS Analog Video Output - Standard composite video signal for direct compatibility with analog video transmitters, monitors, and DVRs commonly used in FPV and UAV systems.
15 Color Palettes - Supports White Hot, Black Hot, Fusion 1, Rainbow, Fusion 2, Iron Red 1, Iron Red 2, and 8 additional pseudo-color modes for flexible scene interpretation.
Digital Image Enhancement - Built-in noise reduction, bad pixel correction, image detail enhancement (DDE), auto/manual gain control (AGC), brightness and contrast adjustment, and electronic zoom (×1, ×2, ×4, ×8).
Mirror & Flip Control - Configurable horizontal, vertical, and center mirror modes for flexible mounting orientation.
Ultra-Low Power Consumption - ≤0.8W operating power, accepting a wide DC 5V–17V input range.
Extreme Temperature Tolerance - Reliable operation from -40°C to +80°C; storage from -45°C to +75°C.
